Central Brittany is an NPC Town and is part of the Brittany neighborhood of connected Towns. Central Brittany is the Capitol of the Novia Continent, a center of commerce, and the home of Arabella.[1]

Central Brittany sits between Lake Equitas and the Spindrift Sea, at the mouth of the Shimano river.

Brittany, the City State of the Oracle, is the crown jewel of Novia, its largest city by far. While much of Novia still struggles to survive each day, Brittany is a land of majesty, truly a city apart. Surrounded by farms sufficient to feed its large number of inhabitants, with water flowing easily through a wondrous array of aqueducts, canals and reservoirs. The Dam of Regalis, one of the wonders of this world, can be found here as well, harnessing the elemental power of the dammed up river into etheric energy, used by the city for so much. The people of Brittany walk at night under lights man-made, brighter than the moon. A large central energy tower is here as well, using an immense etheric surge to protect the people of Brittany invisibly from the forces ravaging much of Novia.[2]
From the South Port side Gate in Central Brittany you can catch a glimpse of Brittany Castle in the far left, home to Lady Arabella, wife of the King of New Britannia, Lord British![3]

  • Many of the neighborhoods and streets that identify the different sectors are named after Portalarium developers.[4]
  • For Release 32, 30 more player lots were added to the southern portion of the city. Most of these new areas of housing are along Cotton Road, Old Holtrop Road, and Jennings Byway.[5]
  • No regional information was given as to the region this scene is located in.
