Obsidians

Template:Under Construction Template:Infobox Obsidians were a powerful, militaristic organization that attempted to subjugate all the people of the Novia continent, after the Cataclysm. They followed the Obsidian Septagram of Dominion in order to subjugate and secure their power and rulership of the land.

The Obsidians were ruled over and controlled by the Cabal of Obsidians, sorcerers who employed powerful magic abilities.

The Empire grew in size and might, eventually forming a huge Army of Obsidian Triumph to conquer the warlords and city-states of the Novian continent.

The sorcerers were not satisfied with a mortal army, and used mutational magic to reshape creatures to use in their conquest. They captured human slaves and used them as experiments to form and reshape them into some of these creatures, known as fomorian creatures. Elves, Satyrs, Fauns and Trolls joined their legions. They also commanded the magic to animate the undead.

It is currently unknown what caused the fall of the Obsidian Empire.
