Where Found[edit]
Necklace of Civility can be obtained by completing the quest started by speaking to a Pilgrim in a Roving Encounter, destructible crates, Guard Corpses and Pirate Archer[1]
Crafting[edit]
Template:Salvage The Imbued Jewel of Civility can be socketed into a non-artifact crafted Ring and Necklace items, with the recipe Recipe: Imbued Jewel Socketed Ring or Amulet.
The chance for this item to be yielded from salvaging, depends on the tier type of the item salvaged. Artifact Salvaging Chance to yield an Imbued Gem or Jewel:
