This is a list of quests available in Owl's Head. Most Owl's Head NPCs will tell you to talk to Lord Enmar in the guardhouse if you ask about "quests". There are several NPCs with unique quests.

Asking Myra, the merchant in the southern Owl's Head Market about her "farm" and her "brother" will cause her to request that you free him from The Clink.

|
Ask Morgan, the merchant across the mini-bazaar from Myra about his "job", then tell him "sure" twice and he will request that you tell Todd that "Myra's meat is spoiled". If you do this and then tell Morgan "The task is done" he will say you get a discount.

Morton, a traveling merchant hanging out in the Fire Lotus Tavern will ask you to get his ledger from his home in Kingsport if you buy him a "beer" and then ask him about his "book".

Asking the bartender of the Fire Lotus Tavern about "quests" will cause him to ask about his ale being held up in Kingsport, as well as mentioning the "throne" ruins.

Asking Enmar about "bandits" will make him request red bandit sashes, "undead" causes him to request ectoplasmic residue, and asking about the "throne" of bone will cause him to ask you to complete Winslow's quest.

While talking to Bentham inside the Tesla tower, he will mention the need for "Anthracite Ore" which can be gathered in caves outside of Kingsport.
