A ghost named Owen in Brittany Graveyard mentioned keeping a recipe for a Dual Wax Cylinder Phonograph near an old workshop in Serpent's Spine Foothills. If the chest is still there, it's hidden by a tree behind the workshop and locked. He was actually pretty smart, and hit the recipe in a false bottom in the chest. Anyway, I first need to get the key from Doctor Bob in Northwood.
