Fish Hatchery Pools is a point of interest in the Blood River Forest.
Several pools full of fish can be found here as well as a wheel on a valve.

| Obtaining the Ruby Eye | Click on the Wheel to activate the valve. One of the pools will drain out all the water within it. You can then see the Ruby Eye at the bottom of the pool. |
