Combat Merchant

Combat Merchant are NPC vendors that have the title "Combat Merchant", "Merchant", "Adventuring Merchant", "Weaponcrafter" or "Weapons Merchant" above their name, and sell all the same basic armor, one handed melee weapons, short bow, and repair kits. Some have a full selection of shields to purchase, and some only have a limited selection.
