Repair values

• When used on a wand weapon adds 70 (or more) durability.
• When used on a one hand weapon adds 30 durability(repair skill on level 100/without crafting station).
• When used on a two hand weapon adds 79+ (R45/v660) durability at a crafting station. If used outside of the crafting station only 30 durability are restored.
