I met another Orator from the League of Skulls... or maybe he was the same Orator in a different location... I just don't know which. In either case, he wants me to use an Essence Phylactery on an Ice Monolith deep in the Broken Echoes Silver Mine. This will give me about five minutes to access to the nearby "Soul Cave" where a Geisterseelen is kept. If I make a mistake, I can return to the Orator in the South Broken Road for a replacement Essence Phylactery. Evidently, the Geisterseelen is a powerful artifact that both the League of Skulls and Whiteguard would like to have. Eventually, I'll have to decide which group should get the Geisterseelen.
