The Captain of the Jack of Diamonds airship informed he's looking to acquire one "inoperable kobold cloud cannon." The captain said I should be able to find one either in K'rul (a kobold facility underneath Blood Bay) or K'rawl (a different kobold facility accessible from K'rul, Skrekk, among other entry points). He warned me to be careful about kobolds being reluctant to "share" their technology.
