Taming Collar is an Alchemy craftable item. It can be crafted once you have learned the Recipe: Taming Collar recipe. This recipe can be taught to you by another player or purchased.

Trivia

Prior to Release 65, this recipe required the use of an Animal Collar. This was changed to use the ingredients for that object directly.
