Effect

Template:Skill effect list Douse can target its caster, or a pet or party member.

Increasing Douse level does not affect the focus cost, but lowers the fizzle chance.

Water Attunement affects the duration.

Stacking and charging glyphs improve the focus cost, resistance, and duration.
