Rainbow Blast
Effect[edit]
Template:Skill effect list Rainbow Blast level is the average of Douse and Solar Flare levels, rounded up. Increasing Rainbow Blast level raises the focus cost.
Water Attunement or Sun Attunement, whichever is higher, affects the damage.
Stacking glyphs improves the focus cost, damage, confusion duration, focus loss, and magic fizzle debuff and duration.
Limits[edit]
Rainbow Blast only affects targets facing the caster.
