Named NPCs
Just FYI, but when an NPC goes from unnamed to named, we can just rename the topic rather than recreate it. For example, we could have easily renamed Bookseller (Brittany Wharfs) to Bryce Chapman and saved you a lot of work. For now, I've changed the unnamed version to a redirect to the new NPC.
