Purpose
This template may be used to calculate a date in New Britannia from an Earth date and time, with the full in-game time (including season and moon phase).
Usage

Parameters
| Parameter | Explanation |
|---|---|
| date | The full date and time in UTC format (DD MMM YYYY HH:MM:SS +ZONE). |
| The parameter is optional; if excluded, the current date and time will be used. The earliest date possible is September 2, 1997 at 12:00am. Dates should always be entered in GMT (+0000). | |

When [[Release 18]] began, the calendar read "{{CalendarLong|28 May 2015 10:30:00 +0000}}".
