The small cross-roads village of Whyte Roc overlooks the Bay of Storms near the Etceter Crag Mines, which it relies on for most of its commerce. Many of White Roc's inhabitants spend their days working the mine, and like that while the crossroad's village is close to the mine, it is still far enough away from the nearby Kolbold settlement of Etceter that their families can live in relative safety.
