There are several types of crates in-game.

Non-destructible Crates - these are decoration items, and they cannot be broken or opened.
- Crate - this crate is made of wood and has metal bindings reinforcing its edges. This is a decoration that can be found in adventure zones and NPC towns, but it can also be used as decoration by players. This crate is not craftable, but can be purchased from NPC merchants (see below).
- Wooden Crate - this crate is made of only wood. It is craftable and can be used as a container (capacity 300 items).
- Box Crate - this a wooden wall shelf, an is craftbale.
Destructible Crates - this cannot be used as a decoration item by players, but it is present in various adventure zones and NPC towns. This crate can be broken by clicking on it and the avatar can loot the items inside.
