All corpion variations can Poison the Avatar.
Corpion Sting - Poison Damage over time. Corpian Spit - +0.1 Focus Damage Rate.
Ghost Corpions and Aether Corpions also have a "Deadly Poison" atack that does fire damage over time.
Corpions are immune to Poison Potion, Corpion and Poison Potion, Corpion Aether, but susceptible to other poison types.
