Bag of Runestones is a quest item you can obtain in from Skarde in Spindelskog (Normal) (however, you musr first talk to Elder Bodil in Tanglemire to obtain the Get Bag of Runestones). You can only carry one of these at a time, and can receive one of these a day. This item is part of a Daily Quest.
