Lava Fishing Level
Lava Fishing Level is determined by your base level (see Lava Fishing skill and by using any item that has the Lava Fishing Level effect bonus.
In other words, the Lava Fishing Level effect temporarily adds additional levels to those already achieved by your Lava Fishing skill.
