Deco Mode

When Deco Mode is enabled, avatars with appropriate permissions can move, place, and/or remove decorations on a lot, in a house, in a basement, or in a Player Dungeon.

The hot key for toggling Deco mode on and off can be set by navigating to the Options window, clicking on the Control tab, and then scroll down to "Toggle Deco Mode".
