Wymond's Marker is a quest item you can receive from Wymond after completing his Ignite Signal Fire series of quests.
Give Wymond's Marker to Hisa (who is also located in the Explorer's Camp in Jotungrund) to obtain a reward (see Ignite Signal Fire for details of the quests and the rewards.
