The Vikland Amulet of Testimony can be found as loot any of 6 dead Norgard Warrior corpses located throughout Vikland (the warriors are dressed like vikings).

Once you obtain the Amulet, give it to Liva for a reward of gold and 40,960 experience points (or 81,920 during double XP).
