Talk:Tamed Pet Summoning Levels

I created this page because I like having a table of known summoning levels. It helps me choose which pet to tame next. And why not?

I've been having trouble getting information out of template Infobox Item. We need PAGENAME and skilllvl. Strangely, "|?Has pagename" retrieves the first, but I haven't found any way of accessing the second. (Other than for artifacts?).

I won't mess around with template Infobox Item. That means adding the information explicitly, somewhere. (1) To the page of each creature which can be tamed, (template Summonable). (2) To some other page, (template Taming Necklace(Pet) ).

I included an #ask: clause for each approach, (test of concept: only one page currently exists using either approach).

I think it's going well. The only remaining problem, (besides supplying said parameters to all those pages), is that MediaWiki wants the label of the first column to be a Property. (The label of the second column, now that I'm using "Requires skill level", is already a property. Template Infobox Item already uses that, but we are able to use it here because template Infobox Creatures doesn't).
