Tarassa Rohandas comes from Owl's Head, her produce comes from her husband's farm there. She comes to Central Brittany to visit the Oracle Temple whenever she can. She recommends her Cotton Bush Seed, and says its of the highest quality, even though she does not sell any. She works just to the right of Laura Conners (who does sell Cotton Bush Seed). She lives with Kai Nicholson, in the house across from her stall.
