NOTE: The four Tier 1 - 4 Mounted skills (Mounted Proficiency, Mounted Gallop Speed, Mounted Carry Capacity Focus and Mounted Speed Focus) can only be learned by Corsten the Master Tactics Trainer in Desolis.
