Opalis/Citadel of Opalis

Template:Infobox Location The Citadel of Opalis, also known as the Citadel of the Titans, is an awe-inspiring sight. It is a large structure, with a huge, magnificent dome, lit by a purple aura steaked with lightning. The outer battlements are 30 feet tall, with smooth masonry so find that it was nearly impossible to distinguish the seams. Its huge tower stands 90 feet tall, and resembles a frozen, opalescent flame that rises high above the dome. The entire structure is gently curved, almost organic, and much of the surrounding neighborhood features similarly curved surfaces.

The Citadel was constructed before the Fall.
