The Citadel of Opalis is an awe-inspiring sight. It is a large structure with a huge, magnificent dome, lit by a purple aura steaked with lightning. Its tower resembles a frozen, opalescent flame that rises high above the dome.
The Citadel was constructed before the Fall.
