Buckaroo Banzai is the Outlander Governor of Starfield, a quiet Player-Owned Town in Midmaer.
Once a renowned physicist, rock star, surgeon, and martial artist, he has settled into a slower pace here in Novia. He achieved his white shroud, and became a collector of rare items.
He continues to run Starfield and collect things to this very day.
