Village lots are located in almost every village, town, and city across New Britannia. The Player Owned Town Village Lot Property Deed can only be used to claim a land-based Village (or Row) lot in a Player Owned Town. (NOTE: A house is not included with the property deed.)
A Village Lot deed is included in the rewards for completing Forsaken Virtues, along with The Shroud of the Avatar.[1][2]
