Obsidian Item of Unlearning

Effect

Reset skill points - reduce a skill down to the minimum level and recover 90% of the experience points used to level it. These points are returned to your experience pool so they can be used to increase other skill levels.

Note that, just as with manually unlearning skills, if you have a child skill, its parent skill cannot be Unlearned below that child skills’ required skill level. For example, the Bladed Combat skill will not decay below level 20, as child skills like Riposte require Bladed Combat be at least that level.
