Player Pathways help players quickly learn how to play the SotA game for several areas of interest, or Pathways. These are ideal for new players or veteran players taking on new interests or ways to play the game. The Pathways contain a checklist of help materials in game and out of game.

This is a draft page for testing and discussion before creating an official Community page called Community:Player Pathways.

Pathway Items

Most of these items and materials are created and maintained by the volunteer player community, particularly by the Hospitallers. Materials are directly linked here to help users find information. These links can include YouTube videos, GoogleDocs, descriptions of in-game locations to find books and people, event calendars, and more.

Table Legend

Pathways:

  • Adv = Adventure, Player versus Environment (PvE)
  • PvP = Player versus Player
  • Cra = Crafting and Gathering
  • Dec = Decorations and Housing
  • Com = Community and Events

More Columns:

  • O = Order (for natural sequence of items)
  • Title = Title of the item
  • Format = type of media, e.g., video, book (in-game), document
  • Cat = Category of item, e.g., Nav for Navigation, Guide for a guide to read/view to follow
  • As of = the items is current as of date
  • URL = Web link to the item or more information about it
  • RP = Responsible Person who is maintaining that item

Pathways Items Table

Hint: Click on a column heading to sort the table by that heading. For example, sort the PvP column in descending to show all the x'd PvP items listed together. Sort on the O column in ascending to bring the table back to its natural order.
