Community members Indi Martin and William O. Billman II create art as Tortoise & Hare Creations.
Indi is an author, who has penned the Gina Harwood paranormal investigation series and the Dissolution experimental graphic serial, as well as an artist, and has created paintings for multiple Pathfinder supplements and the Dark Unknown computer game.
William is a writer and illustrator. In 2014, he released his geocaching-themed card deck, GoCache, following a very successful Kickstarter. He also writes the monthly superheroine webcomic Morel.
Together, they have co-created the Cobalt modern noir comics and the Fern Sea steampunk children's comics.
