I'm going to look for clues for a missing bone that a Tanglemire villager was going to use in the creation of a spirit wheel, but that may not be the right tack. It's the villagers who believe these decorations are important, so I should ask these villagers if they know anything about a missing bone.
This quest will complete when you complete the Seek Clues About Missing Bone quest.
