Elf Skull is a decoration item that is a reward for completing the Scalps for Vigilantes quest. Which type of Elf Scalp you turn in to complete the Scalps for Vigilantes quest, will give a different type of Elf Skull.
Types
Type One
If you use the Elf Scalp to complete the Scalps for Vigilantes quest, you will receive this type of skull.
