This Property Deed can be used to claim a City-size (or smaller) lot. City lots measure 40 x 60 meters.
This property deed is not restricted to Player-Owned Towns, so it can be used to claim a lot in any town throughout New Britannia.
NOTE: This property deed is for land-based lots only, and cannot be used to claim water lots.
