The Tower Village Home easily fits on a village lot with plenty of garden space, and provides ample square footage with three floors of living space! There is a spacious entry-level floor, with an equally spacious second story floor, an adjoining outdoor deck, and additional balcony/parapet access!

- The original Tower home was criticized for having unaccessable parapets and extrusions. With Release 20, the Tower was remodeled. This expanded the tower from 2 floors, 2 rooms, and 1 balcony/parapet to 3 floors, 4 rooms, and 3 balconies/parapets.
