Refugees Haven is located in Perennial Coast, it consists of two towns one above ground and the other in caverns below. It was founded by refugees fleeing war and settling in underground caverns. As things grow more peaceful the refugees moved out of the caverns and started to settle in the surrounding forest.
Refugees Haven is one of two towns thats home to the Order of the Dragon's Flame.
Pre final wipe anyone is free to settle in any free spot, post final wipe there will be a mix of open and reserved lots. Most play styles are welcome to settle as long as you respect and don't ruin for others. Griefers will be thrown out. Any building styles except Obsidian and junk yards are allowed.
