Template:Infobox Item Row lots are located in almost every town and city across New Britannia. The Player Owned Town Row Lot Property Deed can only be used to claim a land-based Row lot in a Player Owned Town. (NOTE: A house is not included with the property deed.)

Trivia
- Prior to Release 62, this deed was part of the rewards for completing Template:SotA Episode I: Forsaken Virtues. This reward was moved to the Outskirts, and replaced by a village deed for completing the entire storyline.
