This item is craftable using the Carpentry recipe of Recipe: Accordion.

The Accordion is similar to Accordion prize item, with a somewhat different appearance.

Can be played freeform using simple key presses along the number row (1-8), with two modifier keys (SHIFT and ALT) providing the player access to a full two octaves of notes, sharps and flats included. You can also use this instrument to play ABC/MML music files stored in the Songs directory.

With Synchronized Play, members of a party can play synchronized songs together!
