Jack-o-lantern is a Cooking craftable item.
Note: Look carefully when buying the candle, Sean sells two types. Buy the 'roundish' candle holder as opposed to the one that appears to be sitting in a cup.
Note: It is also possible to loot a candle which will work; look for the 'roundish' bottom candles.
