I've found some merchants that sell some pretty obscure recipes, but not this one.
I've asked around, no one believes this is a recipe to be found or bought.
I suspect it has been removed. Please advise if you have a copy, and if you do how you got it and how long ago.
- Quite likely, they removed the fishing pole recipe because they didnt want tools to be craftable. I would assume this was removed for the same reason. I'll look into it. --Browncoat Jayson (talk) 15:19, 15 April 2017 (MDT)
