Ownership
There are three ways to purchase a Property Deed. Backers at Ancestor (Benefactor) and above receive a Rent-Free Property Deed with their pledge. Players can also purchase a Property Deed in the game through earned in game currency. Finally players can purchase limited amounts of Property Deeds from the Add-On Store[1]. Players are allowed to own multiple lots[2].

Sizes
Lots come in six sizes: Row (smallest), Village, Town, City, Keep and Castle (largest). Each Holdfast, Village, Town, City, or Metropolis in the game will have a mix of lot sizes available. The larger the habitation, the larger the number of lots and the greater percentage of bigger lots available. For example a Metropolis will have the greatest number of lots and the highest percentage of City sized lots[3].
