This area is generally pretty safe for a beginning character. Most of the creatures and baddies are spaced out enough you can fight them one on one. It's a great area to gather both wood and cotton. It's generally circular in nature so just keep traveling around in one direction to hit the resources as they spawn. In the NW corner of the map you will find a Shack / Little House. If you are on Bentley's Quest (Inn of Soltown), you will find a Key on the table that he is looking for. Some of the Skeletons drop an Iron Blade as well. I believe those are part of a Quest as well. | |||
