The capital of Regalis, Brittany sits between Lake Equitas and the Spindrift Sea, at the mouth of the Shimano river.
The South Portside Gate is a hub of commerce and trade, its streets are littered with cargo from afar, muddy sludge from the wagons covers the cobblestone, and the stench of fish penetrates the air.
