The dungeon stronghold known as Skrekk is located within the Thrones of Skrekk on the Isle of Norgard.
It is the city of Kobolds, the underground lair where they forge their weapons of their hatred, few have penetrated its depths. Skrekk is the largest Kobold city in the known land, and consists of the entrance, caverns, and throne room.[1]
