You will be able to find your Add-On items and the rewards included in your pledge tier at banks located in various towns throughout Novia. Larger towns will have dedicated buildings and smaller villages will have town criers that also act as banks. Items stored in the bank can only be collected again from the same bank, so it is a good idea to always use the same location.
Bank Slots
Backers receive a number of bank slots that increases with their pledge level. Players will be able to purchase additional slots with in-game gold (up to a limit) and expansions beyond that will be purchasable through the Add-On Store.[1]
