NOTE: The items for sale on this merchant cannot be adjusted by players.
This merchant is placeable as decoration in a Player Owned Town, for Pet Merchant in an NPC town, see Pet Merchant.

Included with a player owned town, this allows you to place a Pet Merchant NPC. The default name for this NPC is Neill.
