Wild Lightning is an effect bonus that is found on various items.
An increase in wild lighting results in the following effects:
- Discharge - each increase in wild lighting will increase the range and radius of Discharge.
- Lightning - hits 2 targets instead of one (but raising wild lighting above +1, does not increase the number of targets beyond 2).
- Chain Lightning - seems to increase the likelihood that the lighting chain will strike more targets.
- The Focus cost of each of the skills above is increased with each additional increase in wild lighting.
Trivia
In the internal game Stats, Wild Lightning is called "LightningBoost". To see the stats, type "/stats" in the chat window (which will paste the stats into the Chat Logs). You can then search the chat logs to look at many of the in-game stats.
For windows, the chat log file is found in "C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Portalarium\Shroud of the Avatar\ChatLogs"
