Off Hand is a the non-dominant hand slot on the Character Sheet, and is where Off Hand items can be equipped.
Off Hand Items
Some Off Hand items can be found as loot and some can be crafted by Players.
Many one-handed Weapons (such as a Longsword) can be equipped either in the Main Hand or in the Off Hand. Two-handed weapons simultaneously occupy both the Main Hand and the Off Hand.
Some items (such as Shields) can only be equipped in the Off Hand.
